This role will lead the design, implementation, and operation of modern Identity Governance (IGA) solutions, with a focus on SailPoint IdentityNow. The role also extends to emerging areas such as non-human identity (NHI) security, AI/agent identities, and automation-first identity workflows.\nSuccess in this role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to modernize identity platforms aligned with cloud, API, and AI-driven environments.\nResponsibilities\nLead end-to-end implementation and operation of SailPoint IdentityNow (design, deployment, and optimization).\nDevelop and support custom workflows, integrations, and automations using APIs, scripting, and event-driven patterns.\nManage identity lifecycle and governance for both human and non-human identities (service accounts, APIs, bots, AI agents).\nConfigure and maintain integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., AD, Workday, ServiceNow, databases, REST services).\nImplement and optimize access certifications, role models, and compliance controls.\nTroubleshoot complex identity and access issues and drive root-cause resolution.\nContribute to automation-first IAM strategy, reducing manual operations via scalable engineering solutions.\nPartner with cross-functional teams (SRE, infra, app teams) on identity integrations and migrations.\nProduce technical documentation and support secure development, testing, and code reviews.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n5+ years experience in IAM/IGA, with 2+ years on SailPoint IdentityNow\nStrong hands-on expertise with: IdentityNow (workflows, connectors, roles, certifications) APIs, JSON, REST integrations, Postman Scripting (Java, PowerShell or similar)\nExperience integrating enterprise applications (AD, Workday, ServiceNow, DBs, SaaS apps)\nStrong understanding of cloud identity architectures and distributed systems\nFamiliarity with modern authentication (OAuth2, OIDC, client credentials / app-to-app auth)\nExperience with automation and DevSecOps tooling\nAI / Modern Identity (Key Differentiators)\nExperience managing non-human identities (NHIs) and machine-to-machine authentication at scale\nUnderstanding of AI/ML in identity security (risk-based access, anomaly detection, behavioral analytics)\nExposure to identity governance for AI agents (access control, lifecycle, monitoring)\nKnowledge of Zero Trust and Just-in-Time (JIT) access models\nFamiliarity with API security and identity orchestration patterns\nAwareness of AI security risks (e.g., data leakage, misuse of privileged access by agents)\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience\nSailPoint IdentityNow Certification (preferred)\nRelevant security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP) are a plus\nStrong analytical, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills\nThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:\nUnited States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 136,000 - 204,000 USD / Annual\nCanada - Toronto Office TRO : 112,000 - 162,000 CAD / Annual\nOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs.
