Assists in development of documentation and training materials.\nResponsibilities\nTechnical Support\nProvides support on escalations for basic technical issues (e.g., with basic system functionality, referring to manual on how to properly certify a cable, testing a fiber or cable, reviewing schematic designs prior to sending to Data Center for installation) as assigned and under the guidance of more senior staff within Data Center, offers suggestions for resolution\nProcess Support/Optimization\nReviews basic business and/or technical processes (e.g. provisioning lead time, effectivity) within the Data Center and identifies opportunities for process improvement; may lead process solutions\nSystems Support\nProvides basic system support for Data Center Operations business systems such as Remedy, Oracle, Siebel, resolving identified issues (e.g., Single Sign on, System Name requests) at the direction of more senior level team members \nData Support/Analysis\nReviews issues/customer problems (potentially creating/leveraging non-standard reporting) to identify data patterns in the types of support questions being raised and determine type of issue (system, training, etc.); runs pre-defined cross-checks on data being used \nDocumentation\nDrafts documentation (can be technical & non-technical) for work being completed within own team for review by more senior team members\nTraining\nAssists in development of training materials \nUAT\nShadows more senior team members in facilitation of UAT and documents findings \nProject Management\nManages a piece of a larger project as assigned by more senior team members\nQualifications\n1+ years experience\nAdvanced Diploma to a Bachelor's Degree\nThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:\nUnited States - LA4 Los Angeles : 78,000 - 118,000 USD / Annual\nOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.\nThe targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
