You are comfortable working with systems, analyzing data, creating documentation, and collaborating with experienced team members to support critical data center operations.\nAs an Operations Support Senior Associate, you will provide operational and technical support to Data Center teams, assist with process improvements, and contribute to projects that enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport Technical Operations\nAssist with the resolution of routine technical issues and escalations under the guidance of senior team members.\nProvide support related to system functionality, cable certification, fiber and cable testing, and installation review processes.\nCollaborate with Data Center teams to identify and recommend solutions to operational challenges.\nDrive Process Improvements\nReview operational processes and workflows to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and effectiveness.\nParticipate in initiatives that improve provisioning timelines, operational consistency, and overall service quality.\nSupport implementation of process enhancement solutions.\nProvide Systems Support\nSupport business-critical systems used by Data Center Operations, including platforms such as Remedy, Oracle, and Siebel.\nAssist with troubleshooting user access, single sign-on issues, system requests, and other operational support needs.\nPartner with experienced team members to resolve identified system issues.\nAnalyze Data and Trends\nInvestigate operational issues and customer concerns to identify trends and recurring support needs.\nUtilize reports and data analysis to help determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.\nPerform data validation and cross-checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.\nCreate Documentation and Training Materials\nDevelop and maintain technical and operational documentation for internal teams.\nAssist in creating training materials, job aids, and process guides.\nSupport knowledge-sharing initiatives across the organization.\nSupport Testing and Projects\nParticipate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities by documenting results and validating system functionality.\nManage assigned portions of larger operational or technology projects.\nTrack project deliverables and communicate progress to stakeholders.\nWhat You'll Bring\n1+ years of experience in operations support, technical support, systems administration, data center operations, or a related field.\nAdvanced Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent organizational and documentation abilities.\nExperience working with business systems and operational tools is preferred.\nAbility to collaborate effectively within a team environment and learn from experienced technical professionals.\nBasic knowledge of data analysis, process improvement, and project coordination.\nWhy Join Us\nYou'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced operations professionals, contribute to the success of critical data center operations, and build valuable technical, analytical, and project management skills while supporting a global digital infrastructure platform.\nThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:\nUnited States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 71,000 - 107,000 USD / Annual\nCanada - Toronto Office TRO : 67,000 - 101,000 CAD / Annual\nOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs.
