You’ll find belonging, purpose, and a team that welcomes you-because when you feel valued, you’re empowered to do your best work.Job Summary\nResponsible for supporting the team with data exploration, data audits, and reporting\nResponsibilities\nData Exploration\nExplores data within one to two files to determine trends and relationships between variables\nAd Hoc Reporting\nCreates basic ad hoc report requests, using insights from data exploration to prepare basic visualizations and PowerPoint reports for clients requesting the data\nClient Management\nReaches out to client to clarify requests and debriefs with client to explain data insights and confirm report\nAnalytics Coaching\nRequests accounts for new joiners and trains them on analytics tools\nData Audit and Cleansing\nContributes to periodic audits of data within business systems/platforms\nPerforms follow-up checks to ensure data quality and accuracy\nScheduled Reports\nDownloads required data and creates pre-defined reports as per defined schedule\nDelivers reports to stakeholder group and answers questions pertaining to the report\nCustomer Care (For employees working in Customer Care and Experience)\nSupports accounts with low to moderate complexity\nQualifications\nStrong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and quality.\nAdvanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting are strongly preferred.\nExperience with Power BI and dashboard development is strongly preferred.\nExperience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Smartsheet is a strong plus.\nAbility to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.\nStrong PowerPoint, presentation, and data storytelling skills.\nWorking knowledge of Python and SQL is preferred.\nEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
