This role partners with subject matter experts (SMEs), project teams, and business stakeholders to develop engaging, learner-centered training programs that support operational excellence, process adoption, and employee capability development.\nThe successful candidate will apply instructional design principles, adult learning methodologies, and learning technologies to create effective learning experiences delivered through multiple modalities, including eLearning, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), instructor-led training (ILT), job aids, performance support tools, and digital learning resources.\nResponsibilities\nLearning Needs Analysis & Design\nPartner with SMEs and business stakeholders to identify learning needs and training requirements. \nConduct training needs analyses to determine learning objectives and performance outcomes. \nApply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to develop effective learning solutions. \nRecommend appropriate training modalities based on learning goals, audience needs, and business requirements. \nInstructional Design & Content Development\nDesign, develop, and maintain engaging learning content across various delivery methods, including eLearning, instructor-led training, virtual training, microlearning, job aids, and knowledge resources. \nDevelop learning objectives, assessments, facilitator guides, learner materials, and supporting documentation. ZZ\nTranslate complex operational processes and procedures into clear, user-friendly learning materials. \nEnsure all learning content aligns with established instructional design standards, branding guidelines, and accessibility requirements. \nReview and update training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy \nTraining Program Support & Delivery\nSupport the deployment of global training programs and operational excellence initiatives. \nFacilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions as needed. \nCoordinate Train-the-Trainer activities and support trainers with learning materials and delivery resources. \nEnsure all learning assets are tested and deployment-ready prior to launch\nLearning Technology & LMS Administration\nDevelop, publish, test, and maintain SCORM-compliant learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS). \nProject Coordination\nSupport learning and development projects from initiation through implementation. \nTrack project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure successful execution. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and coordinate project activities. \nProvide regular updates on project progress, risks, and dependencies. \nLearning Analytics & Continuous Improvement\nMonitor training completion rates, learner feedback, assessment results, and other training metrics. \nGenerate reports and analyze learning data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. \nMake recommendations to enhance learner engagement, knowledge retention, and training effectiveness. \nSupport training evaluation activities to measure learning outcomes and program success. \nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. \nTypically, 5 years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, training, or a related field. \nExperience applying instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles. \nExperience developing learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar platforms. \nFamiliarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM standards. \nStrong written, verbal, and visual communication skills. \nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. \nProficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools. \nPreferred\nExperience supporting operational excellence, process improvement, quality, or business transformation initiatives. \nExperience working in a global and matrixed organization. \nKnowledge of learning evaluation methodologies and learning analytics. \nExperience facilitating instructor-led or virtual training sessions. \nFamiliarity with change management and employee adoption practices. \nBasic project management experience or certification. \nThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:\nUnited States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 80,000 - 120,000 USD / Annual\nOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs.
