This role suits a thought leader who is equally comfortable framing the problem and getting into the details to deliver the answer. You will take unstructured, ambiguous situations and turn them into clear, organized approaches that leaders can act on. You will also build the AI agents and workflows that make those approaches run at scale. You will work with a high degree of autonomy, move quickly as priorities shift, and bring structure without adding bureaucracy.\nResponsibilities\nStrategic project leadership\nOwn and drive high-impact, cross-organizational initiatives from problem definition through execution and handoff, with minimal direction\nStructuring ambiguity\nFrame open-ended business questions, define scope and success measures, and develop clear frameworks, options, and recommendations\nStrategy and planning\nPartner with the Senior Director and Director to shape annual and multi-year strategy, operating plans, and prioritization across DIO value streams\nOperational excellence\nDesign and improve operating mechanisms, including governance, cadences, and decision forums, that help teams execute with clarity and pace\nFinancial partnership\nWork with Finance and DIO leaders on budget planning, SG&A targets, resource allocation, and business case development, ensuring investments tie to outcomes\nCross-functional alignment\nBuild alignment across DIO functions\nSurface dependencies, risks, and trade-offs early and drive timely resolution\nExecutive communication\nDevelop concise, insight-led narratives, analyses, and materials for senior and executive leadership, with a clear point of view and recommended decisions\nAI agent and workflow development\nDesign, build, and deploy AI agents and internal AI workflows that automate planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting across DIO\nIdentify where automation adds the most leverage, prototype quickly, and iterate with users\nAI adoption and enablement\nPartner with DIO teams to adopt AI-enabled ways of working, and document and share patterns so that solutions scale beyond a single use case\nOrganizational leverage\nBuild reusable templates, playbooks, and mechanisms that scale how DIO plans, prioritizes, and delivers\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience\n8+ years of progressive experience in strategy, operations, corporate strategy, business operations, program leadership, or management consulting, including significant time in a technology company or digital organization\nProven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives to completion in fast-changing environments\nDemonstrated skill in turning ambiguous problems into structured plans, with strong analytical, quantitative, and financial acumen\nTrack record of influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority\nExceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, including executive-ready storytelling\nHands-on working style: able to build the analysis or the plan yourself while also setting the direction\nStrong AI fluency, with hands-on experience building internal AI workflows or agents (for example, using LLM platforms, prompt and agent design, or low-code and automation tools) that have been adopted by a team or organization\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience at a large-scale, high-growth technology company or a leading consulting firm\nMBA or equivalent advanced degree\nExperience in budget planning, SG&A management, or business case development\nExperience with operating-model design, organizational transformation, or enterprise planning cycles\nExperience leading AI-enabled transformation or redesigning a team’s workflows around AI agents\nWorking knowledge of scripting or integration tools (for example, Python, APIs, or workflow automation platforms)\nExperience in data center, infrastructure, or IT operations environments\nCore Skills and Competencies\nStructured problem solving\nStrategic thinking and planning\nFinancial and quantitative analysis\nOperating-model and governance design\nExecutive communication\nCross-functional influence\nComfort with ambiguity and change\nBias for action and ownership\nAI fluency\nAI agent and workflow building\nThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:\nCanada - Toronto Office TRO : 115,000 - 165,000 CAD / Annual\nOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs.
