The candidate should bring solid technical depth in ServiceNow development and integrations experience along with strong functional knowledge of areas like Customer Service, Asset Management and Service Management.\nCandidate will be responsible for the supporting ServiceNow Platform (SRE - Production Support) including development for code fixes, enhancements and also doing hands-on development in ServiceNow for various platform initiatives (security, monitoring, availability, compliance, integrations etc). Candidate should support and contribute to AI, AIOps initiatives to build platform automation\nResponsibilities\nEngage: In daily, weekly scrum meetings & related activities\n\nEngage: In Incident & Problem Management (investigate and resolve, follow SLA/SLO)\n\nRoot Cause Analysis (RCA): Investigate recurring issues, identify root causes, and implement preventive solutions to improve platform resilience.\n\nPlatform Maintenance: Perform routine health checks, monitor system performance, integration failures\n\nPlatform Maintenance: Upgrade plan and activities for ServiceNow releases\n\nRelease & Deployment: Support release validations, post-release monitoring, and deployment checklists\n\nDocumentation & Training: maintain technical runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles\n\nOwns detail design and build of integrations with ServiceNow\n\nConducts design reviews, provide technical leadership\n\nImprove AI Literacy & contribute to AI / AIOps initiatives\n\nEnsure adherence to code quality, unit testing, and security standards\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's or master's degree in computer science or technology or equivalent field\n\n5 to 10 years of industry proven overall experience, with minimum of 5 years in ServiceNow\n\nProven / Hands-on experience in delivering ServiceNow technical solutions\n\nMust-Have Skills\nAdvance level of experience and knowledge of ServiceNow Platform\n\nStrong hands-on experience in ServiceNow\n\nStrong technical knowledge (UI Actions, Imports, transforms, Menus, workflows, catalog requests ,Scripting, Business Rules, Jobs etc. )\n\nExperience with Web services, Integration protocols, integration hub/spokes, SOAP/REST based APIs\n\nWell versed with ITSM concepts (change, problem, incidents)\n\nStrong knowledge of AngularJS, JavaScript, client server scripting in ServiceNow\n\nGood to have understanding of CSM (Customer Service Management) in ServiceNow\n\nGood to have experience with mid-server, CMDB data models, classes, relationship\n\nDifferentiator skills\nServiceNow certified engineer\n\nAny external integration platform knowledge or experience, e.g. Boomi, TIBCO\n\nAI, AIOps and machine learning skills within or outside of ServiceNow\n\nEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
