This role leads a centralized team of transformation experts charged with designing and executing enterprise-wide finance initiatives that improve operating effectiveness, organizational scalability, processes, systems, data, and ways of working.\nThe Vice President, Finance Transformation serves as a key advisor to the Chief Financial Officer and Finance Leadership Team, translating strategic priorities into actionable transformation programs. This leader will oversee initiatives including organizational design, location and workforce strategy, shared services optimization, technology enablement, automation, artificial intelligence adoption, process excellence, governance, and change management to build a world-class Finance function.\nResponsibilities\nFinance Transformation Strategy\nDevelop and lead the multi-year Finance Transformation roadmap aligned to business and Finance objectives\nPartner with the Chief Financial Officer and Finance Leadership Team to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, agility, and decision-making capabilities\nEstablish transformation priorities, business cases, milestones, and success metrics\nDrive cross-functional alignment and executive sponsorship for major transformation initiatives\nOrganizational and Operating Model Excellence\nLead Finance organizational redesign efforts, including workforce planning, role optimization, and operating model evolution\nDevelop global location strategies, including shared services, centers of excellence, and hub-based delivery models, and oversee execution\nEvaluate and implement organizational structures that improve efficiency and talent utilization\nEnsure Finance capabilities are aligned with future business needs\nProcess Optimization and Continuous Improvement\nChampion process standardization and simplification across all Finance functios\nImplement best-in-class operating practices and continuous improvement methodologies\nIdentify opportunities to reduce complexity, improve controls, and enhance service delivery\nEstablish governance models that drive accountability and measurable outcomes\nTechnology and Digital Transformation\nPartner with Finance Systems, Information Technology, and business stakeholders to develop and manage a multi-year roadmap to modernize Finance technology platforms\nOversee implementation and optimization of planning, reporting, consolidation, enterprise resource planning, automation, and analytics tools\nLead adoption of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, data automation, and advanced analytics capabilities\nEnsure Finance technology investments deliver measurable business value\nProgram Management and Change Leadership\nBuild and lead a high-performing transformation office responsible for delivering strategic initiatives\nEstablish rigorous program management disciplines, including prioritization, governance, risk management, and benefits tracking\nLead organization-wide change management efforts supporting transformation adoption\nFoster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement\nStakeholder Management\nServe as a trusted advisor to Finance executives and key business partners\nCoordinate transformation efforts across Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Operations, and Corporate Functions\nProvide regular updates to executive leadership regarding transformation progress, risks, and outcomes\nQualifications\nRequired Experience\nProven years of progressive experience in Finance, Consulting, Business Transformation, or Operational Excellence roles\nProven years leading large-scale transformation initiatives within complex organizations\nDemonstrated success driving Finance operating model, process, and technology transformations\nExperience leading enterprise programs involving multiple stakeholders and executive-level sponsors\nStrong people leadership experience, including building and developing high-performing teams\nPreferred Experience\nBackground in management consulting, corporate transformation, or finance strategy\nExperience with enterprise resource planning, planning, and finance technology implementations\nExperience developing global location and shared services strategies\nMBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent advanced business credential preferred\nCompetencies\nDemonstrates strategic thinking and an enterprise mindset\nBuilds credibility as a trusted advisor and influences executive stakeholders effectively\nLeads large-scale organizational change with clarity, discipline, and accountability\nCollaborates effectively across functions, geographies, and levels of the organization\nEstablishes rigorous program governance and drives execution excellence\nUses data and measurable outcomes to inform decisions and track business value\nBuilds, develops, and inspires high-performing teams\nThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:\nUnited States -
