At Equinox, we don’t just offer opportunities-we offer long-term pathways for people who want to do meaningful work in an environment that expects more and delivers more.\n The AP Retail Analyst is responsible for accurately processing and reviewing all invoices, purchase orders and inventory received billings. The person in this role will ensure that invoices are paid according to the vendor terms. Successful candidates will have strong experience with accurate invoice data processing and verifications in addition to all Retail A/R monthly statements. Invoices must be reviewed and processed timely each week.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nReceive, verify, and input invoices.\n3-way matching of purchase orders, receiving slips and invoices.\nProcess and prepare payments for all vendors.\nAssist and ensure accuracy of monthly close of Accounts Payable.\nCollaborate with retail team as well as third party carriers to resolve discrepancies.\nPerform vendor statement reconciliations.\nAnalysis and investigation of variances of expense accounts, budget amount, and historical costs.\nLiaison with finance, retail, and various other departments to provide detailed expense analysis. \nVerify correct account distribution, handle discrepancies, and adjustments.\nCollaborate with team leaders to improve accounts payable processes and procedures.\nOther duties as required by the AP Senior Director.\n Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Business preferred.\nExperience performing detailed reconciliation of vendor statements.\nMinimum 2- 4 years of experience in a high-volume accounts’ payable role\nRetail background\nExperience with analysis, reconciliation, and reporting\nStrong analytical and communication skills (verbal and written)\nAbility to navigate and review inventory receiving records.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Office (pivot and VLOOKUP, a plus)\nSelf-motivated, proactive, critical thinker with ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.\nGreat attention to detail and highly organized\nCareer-minded and goal-oriented person who can see challenges as an opportunity for future advancements.\nWork independently with limited supervision as well as in a team environment.\nPay Transparency: $31-$33/hour\n AS A MEMBER OF THE EQUINOX TEAM YOU WILL RECEIVE:\nWe offer competitive salary, benefits, and industry leading commission opportunities for club employees\nComplimentary Club membership\nPerks and incentives with our products and services including Personal Training, Pilates, Spa and Shop\nThis job description is intended to describe the general requirements for the position.
