At Equinox, we don’t just offer opportunities-we offer long-term pathways for people who want to do meaningful work in an environment that expects more and delivers more.\n RESPONSIBILITIES:\nInfluence and inspire a dynamic work force\nInterview, hire, train, and manage Front Desk, Maintenance, and Kids’ club departments to meet the Equinox brand standards - assist departments in developing schedules and ensuring adherence to payroll budgets\nComplete staff performance evaluations monthly and annually\nAdhere to monthly ordering timeline and supply budgets\nEnsure a high-level of customer service to club members\nWith partnership of General Manager, support ancillary departments and sales\nAwareness of monthly departmental goals and monthly projections\nEnsure cleanliness of club per Equinox’s company standard\nEnsure the club is following proper Risk Management and Loss Prevention procedures - Monitor safety and security of club\nHelp facilitate all other projects or responsibilities as delegated by the General Manager\nMust be open to location reassignments - must be able to work flexible schedules dependent on the needs of the business\n Qualified candidates must have proven leadership ability with 1-3 years of management experience in a operational management industry\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nHigh touch customer service experience preferred\nEffective time management and follow up skills\nFinancial management experience\nBachelor’s Degree preferred\nWill be provided via Assistant General Manager onboarding manual\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS \nAbility to lift 25 pounds\nAble to be mobile throughout the facility all day\n AS A MEMBER OF THE EQUINOX TEAM YOU WILL RECEIVE:\nWe offer competitive salary, benefits, and industry leading commission opportunities for club employees\nComplimentary Club membership\nPerks and incentives with our products and services including Personal Training, Pilates, Spa and Shop\nThis job description is intended to describe the general requirements for the position.
