At Equinox, we don’t just offer opportunities-we offer long-term pathways for people who want to do meaningful work in an environment that expects more and delivers more.\n About the Role\nEquinox is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented hybrid Producer with a strong Project Management background to support the execution of content across all channels with a focus on social media.\nThis role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day production process for social content, from concept through publication, ensuring projects move efficiently through creative development, production, post-production, reviews, approvals, and delivery. Working closely with the Social Art Director, content creators, marketers, and cross-functional stakeholders, the Social Media Producer will help bring the Equinox brand to life through best-in-class social storytelling.\nKey Responsibilities\nContent Production\nManage the end-to-end production workflow for social content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms, coordinating projects from brief through final delivery.\nPartner closely with Art Directors and content creators to bring concepts to life.\nAutonomously produce shoots including logistics, scheduling, shot lists, talent coordination, and on-site production assistance. Hands on line production may be required.\nEnsure all creative assets are delivered on time and meet established brand standards.\nProject Management\nOwn and maintain production schedules, timelines, project trackers, and budget trackers.\nMonitor project progress and proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and resource needs.\nFacilitate communication across creative, social, marketing, partnerships, fitness, clubs, and brand teams, keeping stakeholders updated on deliverables, timelines, and project status.\nEnsure all projects move efficiently through production, post-production, review, and approval processes.\nShoot & Production Support\nAssist in planning and executing photo and video shoots for cross functional content, helping oversee day-of production logistics to ensure smooth execution.\nCoordinate schedules for internal teams, instructors, talent, creators, and external partners.\nManage production documents including briefs, call sheets, timelines, and asset trackers.\nSupport vendor and freelancer coordination as needed.\nAsset Management & Approvals\nOrganize, distribute, and archive creative assets across teams and platforms.\nManage content routing and stakeholder reviews, tracking revisions and approvals to ensure projects remain on schedule.\nEnsure final assets are properly formatted and delivered for publishing.\nMaintain detailed records of project status, approvals, and deliverables.\nProcess Optimization\nHelp build and improve workflows, tools, and processes that increase efficiency across the social team, identifying opportunities to streamline production and content operations.\nSupport reporting and documentation of content production efforts.\nContribute to creating scalable systems as Equinox continues to evolve its social content organization.\n Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, Project Management, or a related field.\n4+ years of experience in content production, social media production, project management, creative operations, or agency account/project management.\nExperience supporting content creation and production for social media platforms.\nStrong understanding of social content formats, workflows, and production processes.\nExceptional organizational and project management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience working with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.\nFamiliarity with content production including photo shoots, video shoots, and post-production workflows.\nComfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\nHighly collaborative with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.\nPay Transparency: $105 - $125k\n AS A MEMBER OF THE EQUINOX TEAM YOU WILL RECEIVE:\nWe offer competitive salary, benefits, and industry leading commission opportunities for club employees\nComplimentary Club membership\nPerks and incentives with our products and services including Personal Training, Pilates, Spa and Shop\nThis job description is intended to describe the general requirements for the position.
