These include structural steel layouts and details, piling layouts and details, concrete details, ladders and platforms, steel structures, earthworks and associated 3D models.\nTechnical Support\nReview and sign off on civil and structural design drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to client specifications and design standards\nReview and approve bills of materials\nSupport preparation and refinement of civil and structural design drawings, including: Structural steel layouts and details\nConcrete, piling, and foundation drawings\nLadders, platforms, steel structures, and earthworks\n\nSupport development and maintenance of 3D models using CADWorx and Advance Steel\n\nCollaboration & Project Execution\nCoordinate work packages and provide technical direction to Civil Structural design personnel\nConduct regular coordination meetings with the Civil Structural Design Lead\nCommunicate task status, design changes, and continuous improvement opportunities to the design team\nDevelop productive working relationships across engineering disciplines and project teams\n\nSafety, Quality & Compliance\nEnsure all deliverables comply with engineering standards, client specifications, and EPCM best practices\nMaintain strict adherence to electronic filing systems, folder structures, and document control procedures\nAct as a quality gatekeeper, ensuring designs meet Equinox’s high technical and safety standards\n\nTechnical Exposure\nCivil and structural design for oil & gas facilities, energy transition, and brownfield projects\nAdvanced 3D model review using CADWorx, Advance Steel, and Navisworks\nComplex EPCM project environments requiring strong coordination and technical judgment\n\nAbout You\nEngineering Design & Drafting Diploma or Civil Engineering Technology Diploma\n15+ years of EPCM experience, preferably in oil and gas or energy facilities\nRegistered member of ASET\nExtensive experience reviewing civil and structural systems and drawings\nStrong understanding of structural steel, concrete, piling, and foundations\n Proven ability to provide guidance and mentorship to design
