looking for an experienced Civil & Structural Designer-Lead with 10+ years of experience in EPCM Oil & Gas projects. \nThe role primarily involves checking and reviewing civil & structural deliverables with a strong focus on structural steel and fabrication drawings. \nThe candidate must ensure technical accuracy, compliance with codes, and high-quality outputs prior to issue.\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\n Key Responsibilities:\nCheck and review structural GA drawings, layouts, foundation drawings, and detailed fabrication drawings.\nVerify structural steel detailing, member sizing, connection details, and bill of materials.\nEnsure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and standards.\nReview vendor drawings and resolve inter-discipline comments (IDC).\nCoordinate with Civil, Piping, Mechanical, and other disciplines for clash and interface issues.\nProvide technical guidance to designers and support quality control processes.\nEnsure error-free and timely deliverables.\n\nKey Skills:\nStrong expertise in structural steel detailing and fabrication drawings (essential).\nExperience in checking civil & structural drawings, GA drawings, and foundation drawings.\nSound understanding of relevant structural codes and standards (IS / AISC / BS etc).\nExperience in reviewing vendor drawings and resolving inter-discipline comments (IDC).\nAbility to coordinate with multiple disciplines and ensure error-free deliverables.\nFamiliarity with industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Advance Steel or similar) will be considered an asset.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.\n\nEducational Qualification:\nDiploma / bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.\n10+ years of experience in Civil & Structural design within EPCM Oil & Gas
