Because nobody is equal until everyone is equal.\n As part of the Data & Analytics team, you’ll own our BI strategy and serve as a strategic and operational thought partner to the executive team and business owners throughout the organization.\nThis is a high-visibility mandate reporting directly to the VP of Finance, with the ability to shape how data and analytics operate across the company.\nThis role is based out of our Headquarters in NYC.\nResponsibilities\nBI Strategy & Infrastructure Ownership:\nOwn the BI function end-to-end: assess current tooling and infrastructure (including our Looker implementation), identify gaps, and set the strategy and roadmap for what the organization needs going forward.\nAudit existing dashboards and data sources to identify consolidation opportunities and resolve data discrepancies. Work with Data Engineering to improve pipeline reliability where it affects reporting accuracy.
