Because nobody is equal until everyone is equal.\n The Regional Manager, Facilities help ensure that our studio locations consistently represent our brand through the most efficient use of resources. The Regional Facilities Manager has ownership over the coordination and day-to-day planning of repairs, maintenance and ongoing operations of facilities, equipment, and building systems within their designated region. The Regional Facilities Manager will report to the (Director of Facilities & Bike Operations) and coordinate with them on major renovations, department budgeting and vendor contracts. In this role, the Regional Facilities Manager will ensure all work is routed correctly and completed promptly.\nThis position reports directly to the Director of Facilities & Bike Operations.\nROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nOwn the day-to-day facilities management, proactively identify operational, maintenance, and safety related issues and driving them through resolution. \nComplete and manage facilities work orders via CMMS software in a timely manner and in accordance with the repairs and maintenance budget for their region; Proactively identify recurring issues and recommend solutions. \nOversee routine maintenance and compliance deliverables for their region, anticipate upcoming needs, identify gaps, and take action before issues impact the studio. \nEnsure the condition of our studios is a cornerstone of our success and rider experience by closely representing the SoulCycle brand and auditing quarterly visit results. \nTrack recurring issues for individual studios, identify trends and root causes and advise the Director of Facilities & Bike Operations on corrective actions. \nManage larger projects and studio pop ups including proposal, procurement, timeline, execution and budget management. \nAct as a first point of contact for facilities matters in their designated region. \nRoutinely evaluate vendor performance, meet with contracted vendors to discuss work orders and onboard new vendors where savings or performance opportunities arise. \nPartner with the Director of Facilities & Bike Operations for any contract execution. \nManage agendas for weekly/monthly meetings with internal and external stakeholders. \nEnsure proper escalation of all work orders above $5,000 for approval by the Director of Facilities & Bike Operations. \nConduct routine, detailed on-site walkthroughs of assigned locations to ensure the location meets company and departmental standards as well as all safety guidelines. \nCommunicate with field management daily to obtain input and recommendations, anticipate their needs and identify opportunities to meet and exceed operational standards. \nCoordinate and manage emergency, scheduled, and unscheduled repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, glass & carpentry in addition to any other needed facility-related items. \nEnsure invoices are received and processed promptly, resolving discrepancies and proactively addressing issues \nWork alongside accounting and shared services to onboard vendors and track payment processing. \nAct as a first point of contact for the Accounting Department on facilities related matters \nAvailable to supervise work during nights and weekends as needed, requested, or required. \nOn-call 24/7 for the support and coordination of any emergency repair. \nExpected to operate with a sense of urgency. \n Experience in Facilities Management, Operations or related fields. \nExperience utilizing ServiceChannel, Ecotrak or a similar CMMS software. \nData Analytics experience with the ability to use data to identify trends and opportunities to support operational decisions. \nDemonstrated ability to manage budgets and control costs within an assigned scope. \nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and drive them to resolution. \nExcellent customer service and communication skills. \nA self-motivated, proactive thinker with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload. \nAbility to assist in managing facilities of multiple, geographically diverse studios. \nThrive under pressure and short deadlines; must demonstrate a sharp eye for detail and an ability to solve complex problems under high-pressure circumstances. \nExhibits willingness and ability to learn, adapt, and improve the Company. \nAble to travel to studio locations as required to ensure successful facilities management. \nA personal passion for the SoulCycle brand and/or fitness is a plus. \nPay Transparency: Min $70k - $80k\n All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
