As Senior Manager, Treasury, you will lead corporate cash management, liquidity planning, and financial risk mitigation and hedging, while ensuring an optimal capital structure and regulatory compliance.\nThe ideal candidate will have excellent financial, analytical, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. The Treasury team works cross functionally to support all aspects of the organization - this individual should be a self-starter who is eager to roll up their sleeves, dive into details and drive decision making through financial analysis. This role reports to our Vice President of Finance and is based at our Park Avenue headquarters in New York City. If interested and qualified, please apply directly to the role online.\nResponsibilities\nOversee daily cash operations including movement of cash between business units, wire transfers, optimization of debt costs and bank fees, and cash reporting. \nLead short-term and long-term cash forecasts. \nManage financial risk, including interest rate, foreign exchange, and commodity exposures, and lead hedging strategies to mitigate exposure. \nMaintain relationships with banks and financial institutions; manage debt facilities and lender compliance requirements. \nProvide valuable input on capital structure, investment strategies, and treasury transformation projects. \nManage the investment of excess cash and short-term investment portfolios, balancing yield, liquidity, and capital preservation. \nAssist with financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and capital fundraising. \nPartner with FP&A and business leaders to support financial planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making with treasury insights. \nLead system automation and efficiency in treasury tasks. \nEnsure all treasury activities comply with internal policies and controls, and regulatory standards. \nMentor high-performing Treasury team, fostering a culture of analytics and collaboration. \n Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting is required. MBA or CTP preferred. \n8+ years of corporate treasury experience, preferably in a multinational organization, with 3+ years in a management role. \nInvestment banking experience is a plus. \nAdvanced proficiency in Excel and treasury management systems (TMS). \nProven leadership skills and ability to manage a small team. \nProven analytical, financial modeling and presentation skills with the ability to conduct detailed analyses, tell the story through data, and effectively summarize actionable recommendations. \nMust be a proactive self-starter with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and responsibilities. \nResults-oriented with strong attention to detail. \nExcellent communication and collaboration skills. \nMust be a team player who understands the importance of the role as a key support function to the organization\nPay Transparency: $150k - $160k\n AS A MEMBER OF THE EQUINOX TEAM YOU WILL RECEIVE:\nWe offer competitive salary, benefits, and industry leading commission opportunities for club employees \nComplimentary Club membership \nPerks and incentives with our products and services including Personal Training, Pilates, Spa and Shop \nNOTE: This job description is intended to describe the general requirements for the position.
