This role serves as a critical operational backbone, translating high-level organizational strategy into scalable systems that elevate both Care Delivery and Care Experience. By establishing robust operational accountability and guiding a team of analysts and project managers, the Director ensures cross-functional alignment and peak departmental performance. Ultimately, this role powers Equip’s growth by building sustainable systems that enable our care teams to deliver high-quality treatment at scale.\nResponsibilities\nOwn the strategic planning, goal setting, and operational cadence for the Care Operations department to drive organizational alignment and business outcomes.\n\nLead a team of analysts and project managers, providing direct management, performance oversight, and professional development.\n\nDesign and execute high-impact initiatives that improve operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and overall patient and provider experience across Care Operations.\n\nDirect data analysis and operational reporting to uncover trends, diagnose root causes, and translate insights into scalable action plans.\n\nPartner with cross-functional leadership to build, pilot, and implement standardized processes, project plans, and change management strategies across Care Delivery and Care Experience.\n\nEstablish comprehensive tracking frameworks, operational metrics, and performance dashboards to ensure departmental accountability and quality control.\n\nDevelop scalable operational infrastructure, best practice documentation, and continuous improvement mechanisms that support long-term organizational growth.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications\n5+ years of professional experience in business operations, management consulting, program management, or a related field within a healthcare or high-growth environment.\n\nBachelor’s degree in business, operations, healthcare administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).\n\nDemonstrated experience managing direct reports, including analysts or project managers, and driving team performance.\n\nDemonstrated experience leading end-to-end strategic project management, process improvement, and change management initiatives.\n\nDemonstrated experience writing and utilizing SQL to query complex datasets and translate operational data into actionable insights.\n\nDemonstrated ability to design, pilot, and implement scalable operational processes across cross-functional teams.\n\nDemonstrated proficiency using data analysis and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) to build operational models and reporting frameworks.\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, resolve complex operational challenges, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.\n\nCompensation & Benefits Package\nCompensation:\nEarning Potential Range: $140,000 to $175,000 + 20% Annual Performance-Based Bonus Potential\n\nTime Off:\nFlex PTO policy (3-5 wks/year recommended) + 11 paid company holidays.\n\nGenerous Parental Leave.\n\nCore Benefits:\nCompetitive Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and AD&D insurance.\nEquip pays for a significant percentage of benefits premiums for individuals and families.\n\nSpring Health, a 100% employer-paid mental health benefit through Guardian.\nYou can receive 5 free therapy sessions and 5 free coaching sessions per year for you and each of your dependents.\n\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP), a company-paid resource for mental health, legal services, financial support, and more!\n\nHealthJoy, a 100% employer-paid platform connecting you to a healthcare concierge who can help you navigate your benefits.\n\n401K Option!\n\nWork From Home Additional Perks:\n$50/month stipend added directly to an employee’s paycheck to cover home internet expenses.\n\nInitial work-from-home stipend of up to $500.\nReload of $200 on the home office stipend at the 3-year mark and then every other year after that (year 5, year 7, etc.).\n\nCompany Laptop.\n\nPhysical Demands\nWork is performed 100% from home with no requirement to travel.
