Recognized by Time as one of the most influential companies of 2023, along with awards from Linkedin andLattice, we are grateful to Equipsters for building a sustainable treatment program that has served thousands of patients and families.\nAbout the role\nThe Payor Partnerships Manager is responsible for serving as a trusted partner for our health plans, from implementation through ongoing value delivery, and is accountable for year-over-year retention, growth, value delivery, and expansion. The Payor Partnership Manager works closely across internal teams to manage day-to-day client interactions, lead health plan reporting and analytics, and identify areas of improvement/innovation in line with health plan partner goals. The Payor Partnerships Manager must be able to build strong relationships and support contracting conversations, serving as the subject matter expert for their program delivery strategy, panel growth strategy, operational customizations and overall outcome metrics.\nResponsibilities\nSupport multiple health plan partners from implementation through ongoing value delivery.\n\nServe as intermediary to fairly represent partner interests and needs to internal stakeholders at Equip including product feedback, operational design/support, member support, and clinical care.\n\nQuarterback day-to-day program delivery, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver on program KPIs.\n\nPartner with the Patient Acquisition & Marketing teams to execute on payor penetration and growth strategy.\n\nAccountable for health plan satisfaction, renewals & expansion opportunities to new markets, states, and lines of business, contract adherence, contract P&L, contract utilization.\n\nProduce and deliver high quality, actionable client meeting agendas, report content, etc.\n\nEnsure our clients are well positioned for program success by executing a best in class implementation and account management strategy that achieves key program milestones and exceeds expectations.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree from an accredited institution.\n\n3-5 years of experience managing payor contracts.\n\nPrevious experience in mental health working with Managed Care Organizations.\n\nProven experience working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver against aggressive project timelines using project management tools and processes.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong working relationships, navigate various roles and responsibilities within complex organizations, and effectively represent the needs of both the Equip team and the health partner client.\n\nDemonstrated experience owning and managing multiple concurrent relationships with a diverse client base.\n\nKey analytical abilities to generate program KPIs and insights both for internal and external stakeholders with an eye towards operational excellence and superior value delivery\n\nStrong understanding of the healthcare landscape, specifically payer and provider focused.\n\nA passion for living Equip’s mission and values.\n\nTime Off:\nFlex PTO policy (3-5 wks/year recommended) + 11 paid company holidays.\n\nGenerous parental leave.\n\nCore Benefits:\nCompetitive Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and AD&D insurance.\nEquip pays for a significant percentage of benefits premiums for individuals and families.\n\nSpring Health, a 100% employer-paid mental health benefit through Guardian.\nYou can receive 5 free therapy sessions and 5 free coaching sessions per year for you and each of your dependents.\n\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP), a company paid resource for mental health, legal services, financial support, and more!\n\nHealthJoy, a 100% employer-paid platform connecting you to a healthcare concierge who can help you navigate your benefits.\n\n401K Option!\n\nOther Benefits\nWork From Home Additional Perks:\n$50/month stipend added directly to an employee’s paycheck to cover home internet expenses.\n\n$250/month stipend to use a co-working space.\n\nInitial work-from-home stipend of up to $500.\nReload of $200 on the home office stipend at the 3-year mark and then every other year after that (year 5, year 7, etc.).\n\nCompany Laptop.\n\nPhysical Demands\nWork is performed 100% remotely with travel to client meetings required at least once per quarter.
