In this critical role, you will serve as the operational anchor for talent acquisition, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and memorable candidate experience. You will manage complex interview schedules, streamline candidate communications, and collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to drive scheduling excellence in a fast-paced environment.\nResponsibilities\nCoordinate Interviews: Schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring efficiency and a positive experience for candidates and interviewers.\n\nCandidate Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison for candidates, providing timely updates and support throughout their hiring journey.\n\nMaintain Records: Keep meticulous records of candidate progress, feedback, and hiring metrics in the ATS.\n\nCollaborate with Teams: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to prepare and distribute interview materials and candidate information.\n\nQualifications\nExperience: 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or a fast-paced administrative role.\n\nATS Expertise: Proven proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever).\n\nWorkflow Efficiency: Strong track record of improving or scaling scheduling workflows for high-volume recruiting teams.\n\nPrioritization Abilities: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.\n\nOrganizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.\n\nCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.\n\nAdaptability: Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to changing priorities in a high-growth environment.\n\nTechnical Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Workspace and scheduling tools.\n\nPositive Attitude: A passion for delivering a top-tier candidate experience and a collaborative spirit.\n\nCompensation Package\n$40 per hour\nWorking Hours\nStandard business hours, 5 days/40 hours a week - 8am to 5pm (flexible based on timezone support)\nPhysical Demands\nWork is performed 100% from home with no requirement to travel.
