Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs.\n\nMust be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.\n\nMechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools is an asset.\n\nForklift license or experience operating forklifts and/or other construction equipment is preferred.\n\nKnowledge of construction tools, equipment and materials would be an asset.\n\nFamiliarity with inventory systems, shipping/receiving, and warehouse best practices is an asset.\n\nExcellent problem-solving and organizational skills.\n\nHighly adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.\n\nSelf-starter, very customer-service oriented and works well in a team environment.\n\nCuriosity to learn new things & understand more about construction equipment and the rental industry.\n\nComfortable with computers/technology (for filling out inspections, inventory management, etc.)\n\nWant to learn more about career opportunities at Cooper Equipment Rentals?
