Perks!\nCompetitive salary \nCompany vehicle + fuel card\nExcellent benefit package with premiums paid by the company\nRRSP Match\nSafety-minded organization\nContinuous training, learning and development opportunities\nFun-loving work environment with strong social responsibility\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nCore Duties and Responsibilities\nService customers and cultivate opportunities that lead to increased profitability.\nProvide full range of services to new and current customers, including needs assessment, quotes, problem solutions, and follow up quality checks.\nEducate customers on slide rail systems through demonstrations and training.\nProvide on-site installation, technical support and training.\nCoordinate with engineering teams and the sales team during the design process.\nOther duties (assigned as needed):\nInspect returned engineered systems (SR, beam, plate, sheets, hydraulic shoring), red tag, and cycle through the service workflow.\nCommunicate equipment damage to branch manager right away to be promptly serviced.\nStay in constant communication with direct reports, welder, wash bay and painter to ensure equipment is always moving into service and ready to be deployed on your next project.\nCommunicate parts requisitions to shop lead for purchase.\nWhen necessary, support operational customer service responsibilities.\nWhat You’ll Bring to the Team\nQualifications and Requirements:\nMinimum 5 years of experience on Slide Rail Systems and Installation.\nMinimum 3-5 years underground construction experience.\nRelevant post-secondary education is an asset (but not required).\nA valid class 5 driver's license with a clean or satisfactory driver’s abstract (no more than three demerit points) and the ability to travel up to 75% of the time within Western Can ada.\nAbility to stand for long periods. Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs.\nDeep knowledge of underground construction equipment capabilities, soil conditions, and safe working capacities.\nThorough knowledge of OH&S safe working practices and applicable Federal, provincial and local requirements relative to Trench and Excavation Shoring and Shielding.\nComfortable using computers and learning relevant software.\nStrong attention to detail and sense of responsibility, and the ability to read construction & engineering drawings.\nMust be flexible and able to manage multiple priorities, shifting gears as needed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nSelf-starter who can work effectively independently but also as part of a team.\nExcellent communication skills and a professional, courteous approach in interactions with customers and colleagues.\nAbility to drive accountability for safety by influencing behaviours, building relationships, and gaining buy-in across job sites and customer teams.\nWant to learn more about career opportunities at Cooper Equipment Rentals?
