Rotate equipmentfrom wash bayto necessary service bay, to prep and paint and back into the service line.\n\nCommunicate damage to branch manager right away for Work Order management.\n\nCycle equipment on Work Order through the necessary workflow, from wash bay, to welding bay, to paint then service line.\n\nStay in constant communication with shoring technician, welder, washbayand painter to ensure equipment is always moving into service.\n\nKeep the storage of vertical hydraulic shoring (rails,chudoform, and cylinders), build a box, XLAP shields, adjustable spreader and high arch spreader stacked, unbuild, serviced, andneatly organizedat all times.\n\nCommunicate parts requisitions to shopforemanfor purchase.\n\nWash/clean equipmentusing pressure washers and other tools,maintainclean physical facilities, and organize equipment in the yard.\n\nComplete administrative tasks as assigned.\n\nWhatYou’llBring to the Team\nQualifications and Requirements:\nValid Class G/5 driver’s licenserequired, with a clean or satisfactory driver’s abstract (no more than 3 demerit points).You’llbe required to provide a copy of your updated driver’s abstract upon request.\n\nPhysical stamina and abilityto stand forlong periods. Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs.\n\nForklift license or experience operating forklifts and/or other construction equipment is a definite asset.\n\nMust be comfortable with working outdoors year-round.\n\nMechanical aptitude and/orpreviousexperience operating tools and equipment is an asset.\n\nExcellent problem-solving and organizational skills.\n\nIndividual must be detailed oriented, organized, and display pride in their work keeping the equipment under their management clean, serviced and always organized.\n\nAvailableand willingto work overtime whenrequired.\n\nExcellent problem-solving and organizational skills.\n\nHighly adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.\n\nSelf-starter, very customer-service oriented and works well in a team environment.\n\nCuriosity to learn new things & understand more about construction equipment and the rental industry.\n\nComfortable with computers/technology (for filling out inspections, inventory management, etc.)\n\nWant to learn more about career opportunities at Cooper Equipment Rentals?
