The incumbent will ensure that the projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standard. He or she identifies opportunities for improvement and recommends solutions in order to optimize the business processes and workflow; thereby participating in the achievement of the company’s goals and the satisfaction of our clients.\nYour Day with Equisoft:\nIdentify, plan and manage the development and implementation stages of assigned projects\nEvaluate the tasks to be completed and identify resource requirements (human, financial and material)\nMonitor project progress, timelines, budgets, as well as deliverables quality standards\nAssist the customers during the project definition period; then collect and summarize the information\nParticipate, as required, in the preparation of the preliminary analysis; and coordinate all activities required for project approval\nPlan, monitor and control the scope, the risks, the costs, the change requests, the outstanding issues, the human resources and the communications for all assigned projects\nLead and coordinate the work of the project teams and assist the staff in completing the tasks\nPromote interaction and cooperation between the customers (internal / external) and the project teams\nMaintain management indicators records on the projects progress and control the change requests related to these projects\nRequirements:\nTechnical\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field\n+10 years of experience of IT related projects, specifically SaaS environment\nPMP and/or Scrum Master certification or equivalent\nExperience in Project Development Cycle Management\nExperience in managing multiple products\nExperience in implementation project of CRM and/or ERP\nVery good knowledge of Web Technologies/Environment\nExperience in the Financial Services or Insurance industries (asset)\nKnowledge of the Agile methodology\nExcellent verbal and written skills in both French and English\nSoft skills\nStrong sense of organization and prioritizing \nAnalytical and problem-solving skills \nAbility to communicate, write and synthesize information \nAbility to multi-task in a rapid-paced environment \nTeam spirit, tact, diplomacy, autonomy, rigor, and discipline \nEquisoft is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
