The candidate helps design quality infrastructure, facilitates the development and deployment process, implements the right technologies for our products, and improves the lives of fellow developers.\nThe incumbent will be working with 4 important internal products: AppCapture, Apply, Illustrate and Sync, \nYour Day with Equisoft:\nCollaborate with development teams to streamline how our SaaS applications are built, released and operated\nManage Azure infrastructure as code with Terraform, using a versioned module library across multiple environments and regions\nBuild, maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Octopus Deploy) and shared pipeline templates for .NET services, libraries and configuration packages\nDiagnose and resolve production issues in coordination with development teams, using App Insights and Log Analytics (KQL) to trace distributed systems\nManage access controls, security compliance and security best practices across environments, including code scanning and secure pipeline practices\nMonitor and optimize performance, availability and security, with proactive recommendations and alerting\nParticipate in an on-call rotation as L3 escalation support for production incidents on our SaaS products, including incident response and contributing to root cause analysis (RCA) documentation\nParticipate in disaster recovery planning and testing across Azure regions\nOptimize cloud usage to reduce operational costs\nRequirements:\nTechnical\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology or College Diploma \n5+ years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience, with strong Azure experience (App Services, VMSS, Azure SQL, networking, APIM, WAF, Key Vault)\nProven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps (YAML, reusable templates) and release automation with Octopus Deploy or similar\nStrong Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform, including module design, remote state and versioning\nStrong knowledge of Linux and Windows server environments, Git, Docker, and scripting (PowerShell, Bash or Python)\nSolid understanding of Azure networking and security (private endpoints, DNS, NSGs, WAF, RBAC, secrets management)\nExperience with monitoring and observability on Azure (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, KQL), including alert design\nStrong troubleshooting skills for complex distributed systems and multi-tenant SaaS platforms, with experience handling production incidents at L3 level\nExcellent knowledge of French and English (spoken and written) \nSoft skills\nStrong sense of organization and prioritizing \nAnalytical and problem-solving skills \nAbility to communicate, write and synthesize information. \nAbility to multi-task in a rapid-paced environment \nTeam spirit, tact, diplomacy, autonomy, rigor, and discipline\nNice to have\nAzure Cloud and Terraform certifications\nExperience building VM images with Packer and managing CI build agents\nFamiliarity with .NET build and release pipelines, and NuGet publishing\nExperience with performance and load testing and DR testing\nKubernetes experience is an asset\nRelevant experience in product development\nEquisoft is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
