The incumbent is responsible for the administration, stability, and security of the environments hosted in Azure, supports the development and support teams day to day, and ensures that the systems behind our products are reliable, up to date, and well monitored.\nYour day at Equisoft:\nWork with the development and support teams to support their environments (development, test, and production)\nInstall, configure, patch, and upgrade servers (Linux and Windows), databases, and the infrastructure components that underpin our applications, and automate recurring tasks (scripts, scheduled tasks)\nDiagnose and resolve production incidents (servers, network, storage, performance) in coordination with the development and support teams\nManage accounts, access controls (Entra ID / Active Directory), certificates, and compliance, and implement security best practices across all environments\nApply infrastructure as code and GitOps best practices (Terraform, OpenTofu, FluxCD, ArgoCD)\nMonitor and optimize the performance, availability, and security of our systems, and make proactive recommendations\nRespond to requests and investigate issues in order to apply corrective measures to the systems under your responsibility\nOptimize cloud usage to reduce operating costs\nRequirements:\nTechnical\nBachelor’s degree in computer engineering or information technology, or a college diploma\n5+ years of experience in systems administration (Linux and/or Windows Server) in Azure environments\nExperience maintaining existing CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)\nStrong knowledge of Linux and Windows Server administration, networking (DNS, firewalls, VPN, load balancing), storage, and databases, as well as scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python)\nSolid understanding of security practices\nExperience with monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, or equivalents)\nExcellent knowledge of French and English (spoken and written)\nSoft skills\nStrong organizational and task prioritization skills\nAnalytical and problem-solving abilities\nAbility to communicate, write, and synthesize information\nAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment\nTeam spirit, tact, diplomacy, autonomy, rigor, and discipline\nCuriosity and a desire to learn\nAssets:\nCloud (Azure) or systems administration (Linux, Microsoft) certifications\nRelevant experience in product development\nKnowledge of infrastructure as code and GitOps tools (OpenTofu, Terraform, FluxCD, ArgoCD)\nExperience with Docker and Kubernetes cluster management\nEquisoft is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
