This hands-on role will manage a minimum of two personal banking product campaigns within Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads, executing paid search, performance max and demand generation tactics. The Manager will have the capacity to support team members (Specialists, Associate Managers, and Sr. Managers) on day-to-day optimizations and longer-term projects that contribute to hitting business KPI’s, include volume targets, cost to acquire, and customer lifetime value.\nThe Core Responsibilities\nDevelop and execute data-driven search engine marketing (SEM) across multiple platforms (Google Ads, SA360, Microsoft Ads) to drive business outcomes.\n\nManage and optimize paid search campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Demand Generation) and collaborate on initiatives leveraging audience segmentation, first-party data, and enhanced conversions.\n\nImplement enhanced conversions and leverage advanced technology solutions to harness our first party data to bid effectively on business outcomes.\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and data teams to ensure campaign alignment, reporting, and knowledge sharing\n\nWork with the team to develop audience segmentation strategies based on remarketing as well as 1st& 3rdparty data - for maximum relevancy & ideally to drive action.\n\nContinuously and proactively analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and demonstrating the value of SEM.\n\nStay abreast of industry trends and best practices to maintain a cutting-edge approach to SEM.\n\nAlign on keyword strategy in collaboration with our SEO Manager to enable a win, pass, play keyword framework.\n\nWrite compelling ad copy which is consistent with marketing messaging across all business units\n\nCreate and implement testing opportunities to showcase value add of search marketing efforts to campaigns and to the overall business.\n\nLet's Talk About You\nPost-secondary degree/diploma in a related field (Business, Marketing, Advertising).\n\nPrior work experience in Credit Card, or Everyday Banking acquisition is required.\n\n3-5 years of experience in a Paid Search role.\n\nKnowledge of bid management tools including Search Ads 360.\n\nAn analytical thinker with an ability to effectively turn reporting and analysis into. actionable insights and execution plans.\n\nAbility to develop a POV and implications based on data, and present findings to key stakeholders.\n\nCollaborative and positive attitude with passion for questioning assumptions and answering questions with data, to unlock value for the enterprise.\n\nAmazing work ethic, self-directed, proactive and able to define and execute projects independently.\n\nStrong in Excel and reporting automation / experience using Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio or equivalent).\n\nExcellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\n\nGoogle Ads Certified.\n\nPossess a passion for the paid search ecosystem and a deep knowledge of its available tools, including auction insights & search
