The STPM applies company policies and Enterprise Change Management requirements while balancing governance with modern product and technology delivery practices.\nThe STPM operates effectively where scope, ownership, or the delivery path is ambiguous. The role is expected to build strong cross-functional relationships, influence senior stakeholders without authority, resolve escalated delivery constraints, and provide clear executive-level visibility of program health, trade-offs, and decisions.\nMain Activities:\nEstablish integrated, outcome-focused execution plans for highly complex programs spanning multiple teams, systems, or business domains.\nOwn delivery from initiation through implementation, maintaining a single source of truth for outcomes, scope, milestones, decisions, risks, dependencies, and program health.\nProactively identify and manage complex technical and non-technical dependencies, including negotiation with Director-level and senior stakeholders to secure decisions, capacity, or priority alignment.\nAnticipate and mitigate material risks and issues that could affect customer outcomes, regulatory commitments, operational readiness, or delivery objectives.\nLead program governance and Steering Committee forums, presenting clear options, trade-offs, recommendations, and decisions required.\nInfluence quarterly and roadmap planning by identifying cross-program dependencies, sequencing constraints, and delivery risks.\nMentor and support other Technical Program Managers through practical guidance, peer review, and knowledge sharing.\nContribute to the evolution of Technical Program Management standards, tools, and ways of working based on delivery experience.\nKnowledge and Skill Requirements:\nDemonstrated success delivering highly complex technology programs that support business objectives and customer outcomes.\nAdvanced business and technical acumen, with the ability to navigate complexity across systems, processes, organizations, and stakeholders.\nAdvanced collaboration, relationship-building, executive communication, influencing, and facilitation skills across all levels and functions.\nAdvanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive timely decisions.\nStrong knowledge of delivery governance, risk management, change management, controls, and implementation readiness for complex technology programs.\nAbility to coach peers, raise delivery quality, and contribute to consistent Technical Program Management practices without direct authority.\nExperience in the regulated Financial Services or Insurance industry is preferred.\nSeven or more years of experience leading complex technology programs through the full product or software delivery lifecycle (PDLC or SDLC).\nAccountability:\nOwn end-to-end plan management and delivery coordination for highly complex technical programs, including initiation, planning, execution, risk and dependency management, readiness, implementation, go-live, and transition activities.\nMaintain an accurate, executive-ready source of truth for program health, outcomes, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and required actions.\nEnsure stakeholders understand program goals, priorities, trade-offs, and decisions required to maintain progress.\nDrive alignment and delivery discipline across multiple teams and organizational boundaries, resolving or escalating material constraints.\nLead governance forums and Steering Committees for assigned programs, ensuring decisions and accountabilities are clear and followed through.\nApply established standards and controls while recommending improvements that strengthen consistency, quality, and supportability of delivery practices.\nEnsure effective change intake, risk, compliance, security, audit readiness, implementation readiness, and operational transition for assigned programs.\nProvide practical mentoring and delivery leadership beyond assigned programs when
