Nonprofits constitute the third-largest sector of the U.S. workforce - nearly 1 in 10 workers - yet the sector continues to face a chronic deficit of investment in the people who power it. The types of peer-to-peer learning and exchanges that INP offers are needed more than ever as the sector wrestles with a set of challenges that have mounted over the past few years - including workforce shortages, high burnout and turnover rates, and a rising demand for services - that can significantly undermine organizational effectiveness. With an 19-year track record of delivering programs that measurably increase leaders’ key leadership skills, confidence, and networks, INP is committed to meeting this moment by continuing to empower social impact leaders to adapt and thrive amidst these obstacles.\nAbout the role - Development Coordinator\nThe Development Coordinator plays an essential role in driving the Institute for Nonprofit Practice’s (INP) day-to-day fundraising operations.
