The role requires hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development, including configuration, plugins, workflow automation and Power Automate, along with the ability to integrate CRM with enterprise applications and Azure-based services. \n\nThe consultant will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to convert customer-experience requirements into scalable CRM solutions, resolve technical issues and support releases. The source requirement specifically calls for strong banking-domain experience and CEM module exposure, with Azure knowledge considered an added advantage.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM using configurations, plugins, workflows and Power Automate.\n\n- Design technical solutions for customer engagement and CEM-related banking processes.\n\n- Build and support integrations between Dynamics CRM, internal applications, APIs and Azure services.\n\n- Perform technical analysis, troubleshooting, deployment support and performance optimization across CRM environments.\n\n- Collaborate with business, architecture, security and QA teams to ensure controlled and auditable delivery.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience :\n\n- Overall experience range provided by the hiring team: 4-12 years.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM technical development.\n\n- Experience with Power Automate and CRM plugins / custom extensions.\n\n- CEM module exposure and strong banking-domain experience are required as per the hiring input.\n\n- Ability to work on integrations, troubleshooting, releases and technical documentation.\n\nPreferred / Added Advantage :\n\n- Azure exposure, including integration or platform services supporting Dynamics solutions.\n\n- Power Platform experience beyond Power Automate is an advantage.\n\nSearch
