Our Trading Ecosystem department would like to welcome a detail-oriented.\nMobile Developer in our office in Amman\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and maintain mobile application features using Flutter or native Android/iOS under guidance\nImplement UI screens, basic components, and integrate APIs following defined architecture\nEnsure correct state management, navigation, and error handling based on project standards\nWrite clean, readable, and maintainable code\nCreate and run basic automated tests (unit & widget tests)\nFollow performance and UX guidelines to ensure smooth user experiences\nWork closely with QA to understand acceptance criteria and fix issues before release\nParticipate in regular code reviews and follow coding best practices\nCollaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver end-to-end features\nContribute to debugging and resolving production issues with support from senior engineers\nGain exposure to CI/CD, crash monitoring, and release processes\nSkills & Competencies\n RequiredSolid understanding of Flutter or Kotlin/Swift fundamentals\nFamiliarity with common architectures (Provider, MVVM, Bloc basics, or native equivalents)\nAPI integration (REST, JSON) basics\n\nExperience with Git and standard branching workflows\nKnowledge of local storage solutions (SQLite, SharedPreferences, Secure Storage, etc.)\nUnderstanding of performance basics: memory usage, rendering, offline behavior\nGood problem-solving, communication, and willingness to learn\n\n Good to HaveBasics of sockets/real-time data integration\nWidget/UI testing or snapshot testing exposure\nExperience with Firebase, Sentry, or crash analytics tools\nFamiliarity with app deployment pipelines (TestFlight/Play Console)\nInterest in complex UIs, animations, or design systems\nUnderstanding of analytics and feature flagging\nKnowledge of fintech or real-time trading apps\nHands-on experience using AI development tools and terminal interfaces (e.g., Claude Code) to speed up code analysis, debugging, and feature development. \n\nExperience Requirements\nOverall experience: 1-3 years\nAt least 6+ months of hands-on mobile development (internships/projects included)\nExperience working in product-focused teams is a plus\nPerks\nEach of our offices has its special perks; be it ‘no ties’, free lunches, charity events, or a hybrid work policy - but whenever you walk into an Equiti office, you’re sure to see a friendly face.
