Our Product department would like to welcome a detail-oriented.\nProduct Design Lead in our office in Amman\nAs a Product Design Lead at Equiti, you’ll work within one of our product pillars to design end-to-end experiences - from early discovery and concepts through to polished, production-ready designs. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers, contributing to and building on our shared design system. This is a hands-on role for a designer who combines strong craft with sound product thinking and thrives in a fast-moving, multi-market environment.\nResponsibilities\n Design end-to-end user experiences across mobile and web - from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and prototypes\nTranslate product requirements and user insights into clear, well-reasoned design solutions\nCollaborate with product managers and engineers throughout discovery, definition, and delivery\nContribute to and work within Equiti’s design system, ensuring consistency and quality across products\nParticipate in user research and usability testing, using findings to iterate and improve designs\nDesign for a global audience, including multilingual and RTL (Arabic) experiences\nPresent work clearly, give and receive feedback constructively, and iterate quickly\nSupport design QA during implementation to ensure shipped experiences match design intent\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong visual and interaction design skills with a portfolio demonstrating shipped digital products\nProficiency in Figma, including components, variables, and prototyping\nSolid grasp of UX fundamentals - information architecture, usability principles, and accessibility\nAbility to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints\nClear written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting and defending design decisions\nA collaborative, low-ego working style with genuine curiosity about users and the product domain\nInterest in fintech, trading, or investing is a plus; experience designing RTL interfaces is a bonus\nExperience Requirements\n 5+ years of experience as a product designer working on consumer-facing digital products\nExperience working in cross-functional product teams within an agile environment\nExperience contributing to or working within an established design system\nExperience in fintech, trading, or other regulated industries is an advantage\nPerks\nEach of our offices has its special perks; be it ‘no ties’, free lunches, charity events, or a hybrid work policy - but whenever you walk into an Equiti office, you’re sure to see a friendly face.
