Our Trading Ecosystem department would like to welcome a detail-oriented\nSenoir Mobile Developer in our office in Amman\nResponsibilities\nDevelop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter or native Android/iOS\nDesign and implement scalable architectures, reusable components, and frameworks\nParticipate in technical design discussions and propose solutions for complex problems\nEnsure best practices in state management, navigation, error handling, caching, and security\nWrite clean, maintainable, and testable code\nImplement automated tests (unit, widget, integration, screenshot/golden)\nOptimize performance: low battery usage, memory efficiency, smooth rendering, fast cold launches\nCollaborate with QA for acceptance criteria and resolving issues before release\nParticipate in code reviews and improve technical standards\nWork with Product, Design, Backend & DevOps for end-to-end delivery\nTroubleshoot production issues, perform RCA, and ensure stability (crash-free sessions, reduced ANRs)\nSupport CI/CD for automated builds, tests, and deployments\nSkills & Competencies\n RequiredExpertise in Flutter or Kotlin/Swift.\nStrong understanding of mobile architectures (Bloc, Provider, MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.).\nExperience in screenshot/golden testing or snapshot testing.\nKnowledge of API integration, sockets/real-time data, offline storage, and secure data handling.\nFamiliarity with Firebase, Sentry, New Relic, or similar tools.\nExcellent debugging abilities with profilers and performance analyzers.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\n\nExperience Requirements\nOverall experience: 5-9 years\nMinimum 5+ years of hands-on mobile development experience\nPreferably in a fast-paced, product-focused environment\nGood to HaveExperience with modular architecture or micro-modules\nFeature flags, analytics, experimentation frameworks\nComplex animations, custom UI or design systems\nExperience in fintech/trading or real-time data apps\nApp Store & Play Store deployment knowledge\n\nPerks\nEach of our offices has its special perks; be it ‘no ties’, free lunches, charity events, or a hybrid work policy - but whenever you walk into an Equiti office, you’re sure to see a friendly face.
