Our Partnership &Loyaltydepartment would like to welcome a detail-oriented.\nStaff Engineer, Partnership Ecosystem in our office in Amman\nResponsibilities\nDefine, evolve and own technical architecture and standards across Partnership & Loyalty eco-system.\nLead the design of scalable, resilient, and observable systems \nDrive cross-team and cross-department technical initiatives, unblocking work that spans more than one domain.\nEstablish engineering standards, a department-wide service review checklist, and system governance.\nMentor engineers, lead complex technical decision-making \nOptimize performance, scalability, and resilience of real-time systems.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong expertise in backend and distributed systems architecture, with deep C#/.NET fluency.\nExperience with message-driven and event-driven architectures using Azure Service Bus and Kafka.\nExperience with cloud-native and microservices architectures in a production trading or financial environment.\nStrong knowledge of reliability, observability, and telemetry-driven performance optimization.\nStrong performance tuning and low-latency optimization skills.\nExperience Requirements\n10+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in fintech or trading platforms.\nProven experience leading large-scale technical and architectural initiatives without a direct reporting line.\nHands-on experience with high-availability, low-latency, distributed cloud-based platforms.\nPerks\nEach of our offices has its special perks; be it ‘no ties’, free lunches, charity events, or a hybrid work policy - but whenever you walk into an Equiti office, you’re sure to see a friendly face.
