Our Client Ecosystem department would like to welcome a detail-oriented.\nWeb Developer in our office in Bangalore,India\nResponsibilities\nLead end-to-end delivery of complex features across our web platform and microfrontends.\nDefine web architecture and boundaries; champion shared libraries, design tokens, and CI/CD standards.\nOptimize SSR, hydration/resumability, and Core Web Vitals for TypeScript/Qwik- or React-like stacks; set performance budgets.\nEnsure reliability, security, and compliance in key user flows (auth, payments, KYC) with robust observability and SLOs.\nEstablish testing strategy (unit, E2E, contract, visual); raise coverage and prevent regressions.\nOwn accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), internationalization, and localization workflows.\nPartner with Product/Design/Backend to shape roadmaps and deliver incrementally.\nMentor engineers, lead code reviews, write docs/ADRs, run technical workshops.\nImprove pipelines (Azure Pipelines), releases, incident response, and root-cause analysis.\nSkills & Competencies\nExpert TypeScript, semantic HTML/CSS/Tailwind; deep knowledge of SSR frameworks.\nStrong system design for web: caching/CDN, microfrontend composition, API contracts, security.\nProven performance optimization and scalability for real-time UIs.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.\nExperience Requirements\n2+ years building large-scale web apps.\nProduction experience with SSR frameworks, microfrontends, and Azure CI/CD.\nTrack record improving Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and test reliability at scale.\nNice to have\nFintech/trading domain, streaming charts, payments orchestration, security reviews.\nModule Federation, design systems, and DX tooling.\n.\nPerks\nEach of our offices has its special perks; be it ‘no ties’, free lunches, charity events, or a hybrid work policy - but whenever you walk into an Equiti office, you’re sure to see a friendly face.
