for improvement.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nEducation:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\n\nAssociate's or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.\n\nExperience:\nSignificant experience in enterprise infrastructure administration, engineering, networking, or systems troubleshooting.\n\nExperience designing, implementing, or supporting complex infrastructure and platform solutions.\n\nExperience leading infrastructure projects, architecture reviews, or enterprise technology initiatives preferred.\n\nExperience troubleshooting complex production issues and supporting infrastructure reliability, security, and performance.\n\nExperience working with cloud, on-premises, or hybrid technology environments.\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nAdvanced knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies, including server, storage, compute, networking, and cloud environments.\n\nStrong understanding of Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise identity management.\n\nExperience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Local (Azure Stack HCI), Hyper-V, and hybrid cloud infrastructure.\n\nKnowledge of enterprise networking technologies, including LAN/WAN, Cisco Nexus, Meraki, and firewall solutions such as Palo Alto or Fortinet.\n\nFamiliarity with voice and unified communications platforms, including VoIP, Webex Calling, contact center solutions, and cloud telephony.\n\nExperience with Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.\n\nStrong understanding of infrastructure security, vulnerability management, monitoring, capacity planning, and operational best practices.\n\nAbility to automate infrastructure processes through scripting, tooling, and operational improvements.\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.\n\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and technical mentorship skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.\n\nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate technical documentation.\n\nMicrosoft, Cisco, or other relevant infrastructure certifications are a plus.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to work at a computer for extended periods, including frequent use of a keyboard and monitor.\n\nOccasional standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.\n\nAbility to communicate effectively in a professional work environment.\n\nParticipation in an on-call support rotation and occasional work outside normal business hours is
