than addressed only after implementation.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPlatform Security Architecture\n\nDesigns security architectures for complex platform and infrastructure environments.\n\nDevelops reusable security architecture patterns and technical design principles.\n\nIntegrates security requirements into cloud, infrastructure, network and platform designs.\n\nEvaluates security architecture options based on risk, business requirements and technology constraints.\n\nIdentifies security architecture weaknesses and recommends appropriate improvements.\n\nResolves complex security architecture issues across multiple technology domains.\n\nCloud and Infrastructure Security\n\nDesigns security controls for cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.\n\nProvides architectural guidance on identity, privileged access, encryption, workload protection and secure configuration.\n\nEnsures security requirements are considered across compute, storage, network and platform services.\n\nReviews cloud and infrastructure designs for security risks and control gaps.\n\nSupports secure adoption of emerging infrastructure and cloud technologies.\n\nWorks with engineering teams to resolve complex security design issues.\n\nNetwork and Connectivity Security\n\nProvides security architecture guidance for enterprise, cloud and hybrid network environments.\n\nDesigns approaches for network segmentation, secure connectivity, access control and isolation.\n\nAssesses security implications of network architecture changes.\n\nWorks with network architects and engineers to address complex security requirements.\n\nSupports secure connectivity between enterprise platforms, cloud environments and external services.\n\nPromotes defence-in-depth principles across platform architectures.\n\nSecurity Risk and Architecture Assurance\n\nPerforms architecture-level security risk assessments for significant technology initiatives.\n\nIdentifies security threats, vulnerabilities and architectural weaknesses.\n\nRecommends appropriate security controls and risk treatments.\n\nReviews architecture proposals for security architecture, cloud security or related disciplines are an added advantage.\n\nRecognised security architecture or information security certification is an advantage.\n\nExperience\n\n10+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, security architecture, infrastructure security or related technical disciplines.\n\nDemonstrated experience designing security architectures for complex technology environments.\n\nExperience across cloud, infrastructure, networking, identity and platform security.\n\nExperience performing security architecture assessments and advising on risk
