You work as a team participant along with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by ELS.\nYour job will include:\nWork closely with management to maintain a clean, safe and appealingproperty.\n\nAttend morning staff meetings to communicate daily vendor appointments and required work.\n\nCommunicate regularly and professionally with other maintenance workers, management and staff and work closely with them on all special maintenance projects.\n\nMaintain grounds and common areas and keep them free from trash and debris.\n\nReport maintenance concerns directly to management and perform repairs.\n\nMow,weed,edge and otherwise maintain common areas and vacant lot grounds.\n\nConduct irrigation systems repairs.\n\nYou will be required to move heavy objects and you may drive maintenance trucks to various locations on the property.\n\nMonitor and control maintenance inventory and supplies.\n\nPerform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.\n\nSkills & experience you need:\nHigh school diploma or the equivalent experience.\n\n1-3years of direct technical work experience in applicable areas, including irrigation repairs, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.\n\nAbility tolift upto 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.\n\nValid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.\n\nWilling to be on
