We have consistently been rated a Top Company to Work for in Arizona.\nResponsibilities\nCreate a wide variety of written materials that inform and inspire target audiences while achievingcampaign objectives\nProduce consistently high qualitymaterial that meets deadlines\nResearch topics, conduct interviews,interface with subject-matter experts, and identifycore themes\nPitch articles to appropriate outlets to meet publication goals\nWork collaboratively and creatively with the marketing, graphic design, editorial, and recruiting teams to develop and publish strategic materials\nRewrite and/or proofread blog submissions and other materials as needed; coordinate and support others’ content production efforts\nHelp colleagues find their unique voice and express their ideas clearly\nGenerate content ideas, produce publication calendars, and schedule distribution\nRepurpose existing content for different distribution channels; liaise with marketing manager, design team,and subject-matter experts to ensure fit between graphics and written materials\nEnsure that all materials consistently representthe company in a positive, professional manner\nOperate efficiently and effectively with multiple open projects in a fast-paced environment\nContinuously scan the environment to stay abreast of business trends, evolving usage, and cultural themes\nStress-test deliverables against messaging goals\nManage content-driven projects (including photo and video), enable others’ contributions; document processes and best practices\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s or higher degree with excellent academic performance\nSuperior English-language writing and editing skills with broad knowledge of modern usage\nAt least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in B2B content marketing, professional services marketing, publishing, business journalism, PR, or a related field\nFacility with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (or similar productivity suite)\nPrior experience producing social media posts for professional audiences (e.g., LinkedIn)\nPrior exposure todigital publishing tools (e.g., WordPress, HTML, desktop publishing) and marketing automation software (e.g., Constant Contact, HubSpot, MailChimp, or Act-On)\nBasic social media survival skills (Canva/Photoshop, video, etc.)\nDesired, But Not Required Qualifications\nExposure to finance and accounting terminology\nIntermediate Excel skills\nCharacteristics of the Successful Candidate\nHighly motivated, productive, organized, and responsive to the needs of internal clients\nFanatical about quality AND timeliness\nIntellectually curious;
