If you enjoy breaking down messy processes, building from scratch, and experimenting with AI at the core of a product, you'll thrive here.\n\nThe candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions: \n\nBuild AI-Native Product Operations: \nDesign and deploy AI-first workflows across onboarding, cap table management, governance, and equity grants, reducing manual ops and increasing speed, accuracy, and scale.\nIdentify repeatable workflows and convert them into automated, model-assisted systems (LLMs, agents, and internal tools).\n\nAutomate Verticalised Services: \nOwn the automation of high-touch services across the equity lifecycle (onboarding, grants, compliance, and reporting).\nBreak down complex, domain-heavy workflows into structured, programmable systems that can be scaled via AI.\n\nReimagine Onboarding with AI: \nTransform customer onboarding into a semi-automated, AI-assisted experience from data ingestion and validation to platform setup.\nBuild systems that minimise manual intervention while improving accuracy and turnaround time.\n\nOwn Data + AI Infrastructure for Ops: \nEnsure high-quality, structured data pipelines that power both product experiences and AI workflows.\nWork closely with engineering to enable AI-readiness across internal systems (clean schemas, APIs, and data flows).\n\nExperiment with AI-First Approaches: \nContinuously test new AI tools, agents, and workflows to improve internal efficiency and customer experience.\nRun rapid experiments on AI replacing ops vs AI augmenting ops across different workflows.\n\nBe the Bridge Between Product, Engineering and AI Systems: \nTranslate operational problems into product and AI opportunities.\nCollaborate with Product and Engineering to productionise internal tools and AI workflows.\n\nDrive Insights with AI-Augmented Analytics: \nLeverage AI to analyse product usage, customer behaviour, and operational bottlenecks.\nSurface insights that directly influence product prioritisation and automation opportunities.\n\nContinuously Eliminate Manual Work: \nRuthlessly identify repetitive tasks and replace them with automation or AI systems.\nMove the team from ops-heavy, systems-heavy to AI-driven.\n\nThe core requirements for the job include the following:\n\nAI-First, Systems Thinker: \nYou instinctively look at manual workflows and think, 'This should be automated.
