In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, build scalable dashboards, and ensure data accuracy across all deliverables.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making.\nCollaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Power BI solutions.\nBuild and optimize data models and DAX calculations for performance, usability, and scalability.\nDevelop Power Query (M) transformations to clean, shape, and integrate data from multiple sources.\nEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all reports and datasets.\nCreate drill-through capabilities, KPIs, and dynamic visualizations to deliver actionable insights.\nProvide ad hoc analyses and self-service reporting tools for business teams.\nDocument dashboards, data sources, and report logic for transparency and maintainability.\nRequirements:\n3-5 years of experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI.\nAdvanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling best practices.\nStrong understanding of data visualization principles and the ability to design intuitive, insightful dashboards.\nExperience integrating SQL databases, APIs, and other data sources into Power BI.\nAbility to translate business needs into technical solutions and deliver measurable impact.\nDetail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with large, complex datasets.\nIn addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus, 401k, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements). Total compensation is based on several factors, including type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
