You’ll also guide prospective students through the early stages of enrollment, ensuring they understand program requirements and complete all needed steps accurately and on time.\nThis is a hybrid position: time in the field, time online, and time working remotely.\nYour work directly contributes to monthly enrollment and arrival outcomes.\nCommunity Outreach, Engagement & Partnerships\nBuild and maintain ongoing partnerships with schools, youth programs, community centers, social service agencies, local businesses, etc.\nParticipate in, and often lead, outreach events, presentations, info sessions, tabling, festivals, and community fairs.\nMaintain a consistent monthly outreach schedule and meet required activity levels.\nPromote opportunities to underserved and underrepresented groups in your area.\nLead Generation & Eligibility Preparation\nIntroduce the program to young adults and help them determine if they meet basic eligibility criteria (age, income background, education status, etc.).\nMaintain strict confidentiality and privacy when collecting personal information.\nAccurately enter new leads into tracking systems and ensure they are complete, valid, and documented.\nFollow up quickly with every lead to maintain momentum.\nApplication Conversion, Follow-Up & Documentation\nGuide prospective applicants step-by-step until they are ready to begin their application.\nMaintain consistent contact with your pipeline through calls, texts, emails, and face-to-face meetings.\nKeep thorough and timely notes in all required online systems.\nEnsure applicants understand expectations, deadlines, and next steps.\nSupport the team in achieving high conversion from leads → applicants → arrivals.\nAccountability, Technology & Performance Standards\nThis is a goal-driven role with clear expectations, including:\nMeeting monthly activity minimums (events, partnerships, lead interactions)\nMaintaining accurate and timely data in digital systems\nFollowing eligibility and documentation guidelines\nSupporting monthly enrollment and arrival outcomes\nMaintaining professional communication with partners, applicants, and families\nYour success is measured by both your outreach activity and the quality of your follow-through.\nMinimum Qualifications\nMinimum of a 2-year degree required (Bachelor’s preferred)\nExperience in community outreach, youth engagement, sales, customer service, recruiting, or similar fields.\nStrong comfort with online systems, digital communication, and data entry.\nAbility to work independently with strong follow-through and time management.\nValid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within your assigned county.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism at all times.\nCompensation\nMonthly incentive/bonus opportunities based on individual and team performance\nMileage reimbursement\nHybrid schedule - field, remote, and some office-based work\nFull benefits package\n This is an individual contributor role and does not have any direct reports. The position may from time to time be required to support work in other regions.
