This role coordinates outreach, site visits, and events to strengthen collaboration, while supporting digital engagement efforts and civic growth opportunities. The Coordinator also helps evaluate partnership effectiveness, contributes to reporting, and assists in planning service-learning and training initiatives. Strong relationship-building and organizational skills are essential.\nIdentify and cultivate partnerships with (new) community-based organizations in a manner that is consistent with Grant Associates values and policies.\nLeverage existing relationships to maximize engagement and results for clients and the corporation.\nAssist in the planning and coordination of networking opportunities for community partner organizations.\nAssist in the development and implementation of online and digital platforms in collaboration with the Strategic Operations team.\nManage opportunities to attend site visits with community partners to increase communication and understanding of their work.\nMaintain existing partnerships between Grant Associates and local non-profit agencies and government offices via site visits, phone calls, and electronic communication.\nProvide support for community partner organizations, clients, and colleagues in relation to civic engagement and growth opportunities.\nEnsure volunteer/intern position descriptions, engagement, and evaluation processes are completed in a timely manner.\nParticipate in and with in-house committees and meetings when requested.\nSupport corporation and funder reporting requirements by producing reports adhering to quality assurance standards and maintaining data integrity of client activity.\nMaintain databases of organization contact information and respective engagement opportunity descriptions.\nAssist in the implementation of assessment plan to monitor experiences of volunteer and community partner organizations.\nEvaluate new and ongoing community sites/partnerships as suitable for client placement\nWork with training team to monitor and maintain quantity of service-learning courses and identify potential areas for increase/improvements.\nSupport the development of additional training and networking opportunities for Grant Associates, and community partner organizations.\nAttend special events related to service-learning, community engagement, and other community-based learning opportunities for clients and possible staff development, including workshops, panels, site visits, or other programs.\nPerforms other duties as assigned\n Bachelors degree or experience commensurate to 3-5 years' experience in nonprofit or community-based programming.\nDemonstrated ability to positively motivate external and internal partners.\nDemonstrated understanding of Funder Program.\nCommunicate clearly and effectively in meetings, by phone, email, speaking to groups, and one-on-one.\nVery comfortable with standard office software, Google products (Gmail, Google calendar, Google Docs} and internet research, Agency data management software and Data Storage systems.\nStrong organizational skills.\nDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively and appropriately (through written word and public speaking) with varied stakeholders.\nDemonstrated ability to take initiative in a team-based environment, follow through on independent projects, and balance multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail.\nDemonstrated ability and comfort level working in and with diverse populations.\nMaintain current and working knowledge of funder, state and local guidelines and regulations.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of relationship management systems.\nWilling to work non-conventional hours which may include occasional evenings and weekends.\nMust be comfortable in working in a fluid and evolving environment.\nWilling to build upon and contribute to the vision established for the PACE program specifically and Grant Associates in general.\n We provide:\nCompetitive wages for high performance\n11 Paid Holidays\nPTO\nTuition reimbursement\nGuided Professional Development Plans\nSummer Fridays\nWeekly Wellness Sessions\nMedical/Vision/ Dental\nEmployer Paid Life Insurance\nEmployer 401k Contributions\nEmployee Referral Bonus\nEmployee Assistance Programs\nCompany Picnics Volunteer Experiences\nAccess to Free Financial Counseling\nInnovation and a culture of continuous improvement are built into the fabric of our company.
