- Degree in related field and equivalent work experience preferred.
- 2 or more years experience as a Trainer/Education Instructor
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to assess individual skills with precision and make appropriate referrals.
- Ability to problem solve and work with a diverse customer base.
- Must be well organized, detailed oriented, and accuracy driven.
- Must be able to handle assignments quickly and efficiently, meet deadlines, and handle confidential matters in a mature and responsible manner.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Must exhibit excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
