  • Supervise the development and maintenance of SOPs, best practices, and change management strategies, ensuring team compliance and proper training.
  • Provide training, coaching, and functional guidance to staff to support development, performance, and adherence to program standards.
  • Ensure staff conduct eligibility screenings, orientations, and Employment Plan development accurately and in alignment with program requirements.
  • Oversee participant engagement, including identifying barriers to employment and ensuring staff provide appropriate support.
  • Review and ensure accuracy of supportive service requests, verification activities, order processing, and reconciliation of receipts.
  • Maintain oversight of case notes and documentation, ensuring staff record timely, accurate, and compliant information in required systems.
  • Guide the preparation and generation of reports using internal systems and available program data.
  • Oversee organization and maintenance of the project Share Drive, ensuring policies, procedures, and documents remain current and accessible.
  • Supervise management of project social media platforms and live chat features, ensuring appropriate and timely communication.
  • Coordinate team meetings, schedules, and project activities, providing clear communication and follow-through on action items.
  • Ensure confidentiality of participant and company information, and promote proper stewardship of company resources.
  • Perform other supervisory and project-related duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Human Services, Education, Business, Public Administration, Workforce Development, or similar).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in program coordination, workforce development, education services, community engagement, employer relations, or similar fields.
  • At least 3-5 years of supervisory or lead experience, including providing functional guidance, workflow direction, performance support, or direct supervision of staff.
