PACE is designed to improve employment and training outcomes and provides individualized career planning, skills development, credential attainment, employment preparation, job placement and retention services.\nGeneral Job Desciption\nThe Career Services Coordinator provides individualized workforce development services to adult job seekers, supporting career exploration, job readiness, and employment placement. The role delivers assessments, career coaching, and referrals while collaborating with internal teams and community partners to connect clients to opportunities.
