Aligns curriculum with Industry Standards and Training Achievement Record.\nRecords and forwards daily attendance to the Student Records area as required.\nAssists in the completion of all necessary Job Corps forms.\nAccountable for the safety and cleanliness of classrooms and shops.\nDevelops industry partnerships that could lead to work-based learning, internships, and job placement outcomes.\nAssists students in obtaining primary and secondary credentials.\nUpdates electronic Training Achievement Record (eTAR) as required.\nPrepares reports such as student/staff hours, requisitions, attendance, and monthly student evaluations.\nAssists with student placement to include job placement, military, college, apprenticeship, advance training.\nOperates in accordance with the requirements of the PRH, Standard Operating Procedures in function area and corporate policies.\nEvaluates and records student progress/evaluations and case notes in CIS, where appropriate.\nAssists Supervisor during scheduled inventory.\nClearly communicates and consistently models appropriate CSS and employability skills.\nMaintains accountability of staff, students, and property.\nAdheres to safety practices in all areas of responsibility.\nFosters and sustains a conducive environment at the center, ensuring it remains free from harassment, intimidation, and disrespect, thereby ensuring a safe space for both staff and students to engage in work and learning.\nAttends all required staff training opportunities.\nAssists Supervisor during scheduled inventory.\nClearly communicates and consistently models appropriate CSS and employability skills.\nMaintains accountability of staff, students, and property.\nAdheres to safety practices in all areas of responsibility.\nFosters and sustains a conducive environment at the center, ensuring it remains free from harassment, intimidation, and disrespect, thereby ensuring a safe space for both staff and students to engage in work and learning.\nAttends all required staff training opportunities.\n High School Diploma or GED required.
