We are guided by our values, and all team members are encouraged and supported to develop their potential.\n Role Summary:\nThe Program Manager reports to the Project Director for a given region and provides leadership through planning, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating Agilec sites/projects to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and employee experience are achieved while meeting or exceeding contractual obligations.\nWork Location: This position is based at our Bath (Loyalist Township) location and supports operations at both our Bath and Barry’s Bay offices.
