You’ll work in a environment where your expertise will help shape a procurement function that is not only commercially strong but socially meaningful.\n The Resource Specialist/Concierge serves as a dedicated support for W-2 participants, facilitating access to services that promote employment and self-sufficiency. This role bridges the gap between families, Financial and Employment Planners (FEPs), and community partners, ensuring participants receive timely, personalized assistance throughout their W-2 journey.\nConduct initial assessments to identify participant needs, barriers to employment, and eligibility for supportive services.\nAssist participants in gathering documentation required for W-2 eligibility and program participation.\nProvide “warm handoffs” to internal and external service providers, ensuring seamless transitions and follow-through.\nTrack referral outcomes, monitor progress, and adjust support strategies to maintain participant engagement.\nCollaborate with FEPs to develop individualized service plans and ensure alignment with employment goals.\nMaintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with W-2 program standards.\nIdentify gaps in community resources and work with the W-2 Program Manager to improve service accessibility.\nEducate participants on available services including childcare, transportation, housing, food assistance, and healthcare.\nUphold confidentiality and comply with all applicable state and federal employment laws, including EEOC and ADA requirements.\n Required\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in social services, workforce development, or related field.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with diverse populations.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems.\nKnowledge of local community resources and public assistance programs.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred\nAssociate or bachelor’s degree in human services, Social Work, or related field.\nExperience working with W-2 or similar employment-focused programs.\nBilingual (Spanish or Hmong) a plus.\n Equus Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce development services in North America.
