Our committed and well-trained workforce professionals deliver comprehensive workforce solutions at integrated career centers, sector-focused centers and community, and partner sites.\n - Responsible for the scheduling, facilitation and administering and scoring of the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE) and the General Education Development (GED) Official Practice Test (OPT)\n- Maintains all records associated with the aforementioned tests\n- Maintains a high degree of discipline within the testing room\n- Adequately prepares for the administration of the TABE and the GED Official Practice Test\n- Reviews pre-test preparation and post-test results\n- Documents student progress for inclusion on the ETA 640 Profile\n- Documents and tracks student test results, next scheduled tests, and progress\n- Tests and diagnoses areas of difficulty; prescribes individual plans\n- Designs instructional strategies to meet students' needs\n- Helps determine which test an individual should take when the student does not pass the entire GED test\n- Administers all TABE tests to include initial, follow-ups, and exit and promotion tests - Provides adequate testing instruction to students\n- Supervises long form\n- Ensures appropriate lighting in the testing room\n- Ensures testing is conducted in an area with low noise level - Other duties as assigned\n- Ensure student schedule is completed weekly and posted as required, print master schedule.\n- Review schedules daily to ensure that students are scheduled as required.\n Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques.\nAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.\nKnowledge of computer-based testing and machine scoring.\nDatabase management skills.\nKnowledge of educational development test administration and interpretation.\nSkills in the management of computerized testing systems, processes, and facilities, to include hardware, software, and periperals.\nAbility to develop and implement policies and procedures for the administration of standardized tests.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality of records and information.\nKnowledge of regulations, policies, and standards for the administration and scoring of educational development tests.\nAbility to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.\nOrganizing and coordinating skills.\nAbility to foster a cooperative work environment.\nEmployee development and performance management skills.\n All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\nEquus Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce development services in North America.
