Evaluates compliance with policies and procedures and adherence to contract requirements. This position also works jointly with the Career Navigators and the Business Services Team to ensure coordination of services related to Work Experience (WEX) participant and Employers for this activity.\nEssential Job Functions:\nCoordinate a quality work experience program for participants.\nManage and conduct analysis of work experience activities to ensure implementation of policies and procedures.\nAccurately review, enter and complete WEX Timesheets into the DWFS Timesheet Management system.\nCommunicate effectively with DWFS Corporate staff to follow Corporate WEX review process, resolve paycheck and timesheet issues as needed.\nCoordinate timesheet pick up regionally\nCoordinate paycheck distribution regionally\nProcure Worksite Agreements from employers and obtain appropriate signatures for approval from DWFS staff\nEnsure coordination of regional scheduling for New Hire Orientations for WEX participants\nEnsure coordination of regional recruitment of participants when needed\nTrack outcomes and manage contractual goals related to the Work Experience Program.\nObtain and review performance evaluations provided by employers and take appropriate actions when needed\nAssure data entry is accurate and completed\nAssure case notes are entered per prescribed local policy\nReview timesheets and data for trends; provide programmatic guidance for identified areas of non-compliance/ low performance.\nReview operational procedures and processes; provide programmatic assistance to Improve performance as well as quality, make recommendations to enhance current procedures to ensure compliance and performance goals are\nOther Job Duties: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. It is also understood that the company reserves the right to change work schedules as required, including overtime.\nQualifications:\nEducation: Bachelor 's degree from an accredited four-year college or equivalent experience, preferably in implementation or interpretation of policies and procedures and/or workforce development.\nExperience: At least 1-year experience building business relationships OR at least 1 year related workforce development experience.\nSkills/Abilities: Must possess strong computer skills, with experience using word processing and spreadsheet software programs. The position requires excellent analytical and organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively orally, in writing, or through electronic means. Must also have the ability to make effective speeches and presentations to public groups, and/or staff.
